Description
Greek spinach pie called σπ αν ακ οπ α ιτ (spanakopita). Often bake pies with spinach from different types of puff pastry and not only. The form also is different - from very simple rectangular or circular to a more intricate, it depends on my mood and time. In the filling I also use my different products (cheese, cheese-feta, greens and so on, but, of course, the handsome spinach. Today, I present to your attention a cake shaped like a sunflower.

Cooking
Sift the flour into a bowl, make a well, add all the ingredients for the dough.
Wrap the dough in cling film and leave for 30 minutes.
Wash the spinach, boil, drain the water, put on a napkin. Then finely chop, mix with the remaining ingredients for the filling and season with salt and pepper, mix well.
To deploy the dough, punch down and divide into two equal parts. Roll out two round cakes. Line a baking tray with baking paper and put one pellet. The surface of the cakes sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.
Then spread the filling as shown in the photo, ie make the rim and inside the bun.
Cover it with the other tortilla
The tines of a fork to press the edges. The top in the center put a small Cup (with a diameter two times smaller than the diameter of the pellet, push lightly on the pellet.
To make cuts from the base of the Cup to the edge (2 cm), and then gently expand each segment.
