Eggplant julienne with cucumber
Very tender and tasty dish.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    4 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Sweet white wine

    50 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Eggplant bake in the oven, let cool slightly, remove the skin and cut into cubes.
