Urgently needed to replace mashed potatoes for the holiday table that has not tired of eating so much. Invited were many, and time as usual. It was very tasty, hearty and unusual. Sorry if something similar is already on the website. I think I invented it, but the memory of such a thing...

Cooking
Cut the cleaned potatoes slices with a thickness of 8-10 mm.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic, passed through garlic press.
Put potatoes on a baking sheet, lightly sbryznuv vegetable oil. Pepper and salt to taste.
* Brush the upper layer of the received sauce (sour cream-mayonnaise-Sanchez knock) and put in oven (200 degrees) for half an hour.
