Cooking
In a pan warm up butter and sunflower oil. Green onion and garlic finely chop. Add to oil and fry for two minutes. Add salt and black pepper.
Add the spices to the onions. Mix well. Add the balsamic vinegar and stirring constantly, bring mixture to a slightly thick state.
Pour in the wine. Wait until the alcohol has evaporated, remove from heat. Leave the marinade to cool down!
Pork cut into chops. Lightly beat off.
Put chops in a large bowl and pour the cold marinade. Leave the meat to marinate at least 2 hours.
