Tiny cucumbers I got at the market. Immediately decided that I would pickle them. Like salted cucumbers. Garlic is also young, but already with teeth
My carefully cucumbers and dill, peel garlic. 3-liter jar, put one clove of garlic and pepper. Half the bunch of dill so put to the bottom. Put cucumbers on top. Around the middle banks put the second half of the bunch of dill and cucumbers again. On top add the garlic. Add Adygei salt and honey. Pour the raw water.
Cover with a lid and leave in the warm for two days. Once a day shake the jar.
