Peach cream porridge semolina
Some children have an Allergy for milk and then poor parents have to split hairs as tasty and safe to feed their child. I was one of these moms and want to share with You a recipe and a story of how this mess came into our family.

Ingredients

  • Peach

    150 g

  • Juice

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

For cooking we will need semolina TM "Mistral"

50 ml of juice and bring to boil, add sliced peaches and simmer for 5 minutes.

Grind in a blender.

Juice with sugar and bring to a boil, pour a thin stream, stirring semolina TM "Mistral".

Cook 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off and leave to swell under the lid for another 20 minutes.

Connect ground semolina with peach and beat with a mixer for 10 minutes until the increase in volume in 2 times. The mass turns out tender, airy, creamy. Sort kremanku, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
