Candied orange peels
This recipe produces fragrant candied fruit with a rich aroma of citrus, such thin and non-sticky. Very cool perfect for cakes! You can also cook and peel from the lemon.

Ingredients

  • Orange

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

Cut orange peel into small cubes (convenient to do it with scissors). Cover with cold water so that the water covered crust.

Bring to boil and cook under lid on low heat for 15 minutes. Then drain the peel in a colander and rinse well with warm water.

Again cover with water and in the same way to boil 3 times for 15 minutes.
