I love this salad and I always ordered it in Chinese restaurants, but then I thought: why not cook it myself?... Scoured the Internet, picked up a little bit from various websites and brought for themselves a perfect preparation of this outrageously simple yet delicious warm salad. By the way, broccoli, even frozen it doesn't lose its usefulness! If other vegetables when frozen, the percentage losses of vitamins somewhere in the 50%, that broccoli loses only 10%. So it easily can be eaten all year round!

Cooking
Forks broccoli thoroughly washed and divided into florets
Garlic RUB on a small grater or squeeze through chesnokodavku, as you prefer
In a small saucepan pour water, add salt, pepper and pour olive oil
As the water boils, put the broccoli into it and mix well
In a minute add the garlic, cover and simmer for about 2-3 minutes, it is important not to digest. Guided by the color of the cabbage, it should be emerald green, and the taste crisp.
Take out the broccoli from the pan with a slotted spoon and put on plate. Juicy, tasty and healthy dish is ready! Enjoy!
