Moist cake with chocolate and mascarpone
Very easy to make and very tender and delicious cake with a rich taste of chocolate that just melts in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    200 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Flour

    0.66 cup

  • Mascarpone

    500 g

Cooking

Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Allow to cool.

Beat 3 eggs and 1!! a Cup of sugar

Pour in chocolate and beat again

While stirring, add the flour.

In another bowl, whisk the Mascarpone with 2 eggs and 1/2 stack. sugar

Form to cover with paper, grease with oil. Pour 2/3 of the chocolate and spread evenly.

From top to pour a lot of mascarpone and evenly spread.

On top pour the remaining chocolate mass and quickly the back of a spoon to make a marble pattern.

In a preheated 180 degree oven put about an hour (depends on oven). Readiness check with a toothpick. If crust is dry, cover with foil.
