The fish in the marinade
The tried and tested recipe from Soviet times, that's for sure. So I cooked the fish my mom, I cook, and probably many, but the recipe on the Pillsbury, to his surprise, was not found. Try to cook fish this way once and I hope it will become your favorite dish.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

  • Vinegar

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

You can cook almost any fleshy fish, I had a carp.

Fish wash, peel, remove the intestines and gills necessarily.

If you are not lazy, you can fish milling, separate the meat from the backbone and small bones, you can just on the pieces to cut.

In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry the fish on both sides.

While fried fish, peel the onion and chop.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater, personally I like it when the carrots natart strips.

In a frying pan, where grilled fish, if necessary add vegetable oil, heat it and fry onion until transparent.

Add grated carrots and saute with onions until soft, about 5 minutes.

Put the tomato paste, season with spices to taste, pour boiling water, vinegar, salt, to give the marinade a little to boil. Taste, level. The marinade should resemble a sauce consistency.

Put in marinade the fish, and stew all together for about 20-30 minutes.
