Meatballs with potatoes layered
Favorite burgers and fries and cheese with rolls.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    1 cup

  • Flour

    375 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    5 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    0.75 cup

  • Soft cheese

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sesame

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Mix the mince, onion, garlic, black pepper, salt. Form small round patties and fry them. Peel 4 medium sized potatoes Chop and fry in small portions.

Onions and carrots to passerovat, add the tomato. paste, saute 5 minutes, add the cutlets, 1st. water. In ½ Cup of water stir 1 tbsp flour, add to burgers. Saute 3 minutes, Add green peas. Remove from the heat.

In a bowl, mix CL. butter, cheese, salt.

Add baking powder, flour and kefir (or milk). Knead the dough.

Roll out the dough on the table, cut into triangles, put the cheese.

Twist buns.

Grease a refractory form of vegetable oil and put on the bottom most part of fried potatoes.

Next layer the cutlets with sauce.

And put the remaining potatoes.

Sprinkle with the cheese. Put cheese on rolls. Grease muffin with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
