Cream soup with shrimps
Light, spicy, very nice soup, quick to prepare and unusual taste. Was invented late one winter night, what is called "along the way". And the next day was appreciated by friends and fans of seafood soups :) Try it!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Butter

  • Shrimp

    0.5 kg

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

  • Greens

Clean the onion and finely chop. Garlic skip through the press. A little salt and sauté in butter until Golden brown.

Shrimp boil, to remove and clean. Leave about half of the broth from them, and strain it.

Potatoes and zucchini peel and grate on a fine grater. Take 1.5 cups (or large cups) of milk ( I have 5% milk for porridge with cream), pour in the strained broth from the shrimp and put on the stove. Season with salt and pepper, add Basil.

When the pot is ready to boil, add the grated potatoes and zucchini, boiled vegetables. Cook for about 15 minutes (until cooked potatoes). For a couple of minutes until cooked add shrimp and fresh chopped parsley. Let the soup to infuse and serve. All a pleasant appetite!
