Very vegetable soup
I love easy vegetable soup! But my husband needs meat!))) so I decided to make the soup taste both. Hope you like it!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    200 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Carrots

    50 g

  • Brussels sprouts

    3 piece

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Cauliflower

    100 g

  • Parsley

  • Green onions

Cooking

boil the broth from the pork, drain it, and cut the pork into pieces and fry in oil with half the onions until Golden brown

sliced vegetables to taste(I like not very finely)

potatoes cut into cubes

add to the broth all of our ingredients: vegetables and roasted pork, and leave to stew for 10-15 minutes, until cooked potatoes. I suggest to first omit the broth, the potatoes, and then the rest of the vegetables as it cooks longer and the likelihood is that cabbage with beans will turn out tasteless. When serving you can add in a bowl of half boiled eggs, it will add taste. Bon appetit!!!
