Cooking
Cook the broth. Can meat and chicken. I made with chicken broth.
Carrots three on a coarse grater. Onion cut into not very large.
Carrots and onions fry in vegetable oil and put into the broth.
Potatoes cut into cubes and also into the broth. Give a little boil.
Sorrel sort, wash and drain the water.
Take spinach. I used frozen spinach.
It is sold in 2 forms: in the plates and in the kind of tablets. I prefer the pill, because in them, he sliced bigger and not very much frozen water. And in plates it is just like dust - I do not like.
Put the spinach in a saucepan.
There also send chopped greens (dill and parsley).
Put a Bay leaf and pepper peas.
Instead of salt I put a couple of bouillon cubes. A little cover with a lid and cook the soup on low heat.
Cut them in stripes. Leave one egg whole for decoration. When the soup is ready, pour into the pan the egg, give a boil and turn off the fire.
In each plate in the middle, put sour cream, on top of some greens and then slice the eggs (which I left) Bon appetit!
