Cooking
Radish wash, cut off the tails, cut into thin slices and put in a Cup with a flat bottom.
Prepare marinade: mix vinegar 1:1, add sugar, salt, soy sauce. And all fully dissolve (I used the microwave for 20-30 seconds). This marinade pour over the radish and let it stand (to promarinovatsya) for approximately 30 min.
Radish is ready, you can serve it as a side dish to any meat.
