Delicious triangles of pastry with minced chicken inside.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 ml

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Minced chicken

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Why flour 500 ml? Because I have no weights. Sift the flour, put the flour, butter, egg yolk, sour cream, salt (pinch). And knead the dough, I did it by hand. So the dough is homogeneous, add a little water.

Here's a bun. Wrap it in cling film and put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
