Cooking
Why flour 500 ml? Because I have no weights. Sift the flour, put the flour, butter, egg yolk, sour cream, salt (pinch). And knead the dough, I did it by hand. So the dough is homogeneous, add a little water.
Here's a bun. Wrap it in cling film and put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Now for the meat. I grind the fillets in processor.

Spread 1 teaspoon of the stuffing on the dough.
