Sweet semolina I hate kindergarten. But salty chicken broth - LOVE it! It's so tasty. From my environment somehow, which nobody eats and never ate, and did not understand how it can be semolina salt. And that's it!;)

Cooking
The meat boiled in salted water and divide into fibres.
Divided the meat to drop back into the broth (400g.), add turmeric and bring to a boil.
While stirring, add slowly the semolina and stir for another 2 minutes (so lumps are not formed).
Cook for 5-7 minutes on very low heat.
Add fresh herbs and butter.
