Porridge
Post - not a diet. Fasting is a time of repentance and spiritual purification. In the first week of lent offer a dish of rice and buckwheat with vegetables. This dish will take a worthy place in Your menu. The advantage of it before others in that there are days of fasting, when allowed to eat hot food without oil. In this mess of the oil is added just before use. If the oil is allowed, add the butter, if not, don't put. Even the porridge is quite satisfying. Dish from the magazine "School of Gastronome".

  • Carrots

For this dish you will need two kind of cereals. I used buckwheat and rice.

Wash rice with water, pour in a dry hot frying pan, dry, peregorela it for 5 minutes.

Buckwheat rinse with water, pour into a hot dry pan and fry, stirring, for 5 minutes

To cook the beets, carrots, to wash, to clean. Extract the juice of half a lemon.

Dry mushrooms wash, but not soak.

Grate on a coarse grater morovi.

Spread into a cast iron pot, pan or glass form buckwheat.

In hot water dissolve the salt. Pour it in the form so that it was 2-3 cm above the top layer of carrots. Cover with a lid or foil. Put in oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour.
