Mushrooms in Italian
A similar dish already, but these mushrooms are cooked in the steamer. They turn out juicy and tender. Wonderful appetizer and a festive table decoration.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Chicken egg

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 tsp

  • Seasoning

  • Greens

  • Salt

Cooking

Clean the mushrooms, separate the caps from the legs.
