Milk jelly with chocolate cream
Very delicate, sweet but not cloying due to the chocolate, dessert. The cream remains polosatik, which is very nice in combination with the jelly. For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Strawberry

    3 piece

100 ml of milk add the gelatin and leave to swell for 40 minutes. I followed the instructions on the pack.

For the chocolate cream - 50 ml milk, add the broken chocolate.

Add the butter and melt over low heat or better in a water bath. Bring to boil, simmer for 30 seconds and remove from heat.

The remaining milk to boil, add sugar, and vanilla ordinary.

Swollen gelatin to heat up, not boiling, with constant stirring (follow the instructions on the package).

Mix gelatin mixture with milk. Allow to cool a little.

In a glass or a sundae dish, pour 2 tbsp of the milk mixture. Set in the fridge or the freezer (for a quick process, but then you need to follow to prevratilos) at an angle. Angle choose according to your desire. Can and smooth to do.

Milk when the mass hardens, spread 1 tablespoon chocolate cream (if it was badly frozen, you can slightly warm, very slightly, that it is not melted jelly). Also at any slope and put in the fridge/freezer.

Further, alternating milk mixture and chocolate cream, fill the glasses to the top, thus allowing to harden each layer. Decorate with strawberry and serve.
