delicious cake with chocolate-honey-nut cakes, delicious cream with condensed milk and a small surprise inside. Interested - then go!

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    150 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Cognac

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 pack

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    0.333 cup

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • The creme fraiche

    600 g

  • Coffee natural

[b]Cakes:[/b] the Chocolate and butter cut into pieces and melt in a water bath until a homogeneous mass. Add the cognac and mix well. Set aside to cool.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat egg yolks with honey until light yellow in color about 5 minutes.

Pour slightly cooled chocolate mass.

Add the flour, baking powder and ground nuts. All mix well.

Separately, beat egg whites with a pinch of salt, gradually adding sugar, to strong and stable foam.

To the chocolate mass carefully mix 1/3 of whipped egg whites and mix well. Gently add the remaining egg whites and mix until homogenous (No mixing - all by hand!)

Form to cover with paper and grease. (I have a form 26 cm) Pour the batter into the pan and distribute evenly. Send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

The finished cake remove from the oven and allow 15-20 minutes to cool in pan. Remove from the mold and cool completely in the refrigerator. Cut into 2 Korzh. Repeat the entire procedure again (there are 4 layers, not counting the small ones)

[b]Cream:[/b] whip the Cream until strong peaks. Add the tin of condensed milk and stir with a mixer at low speed.

Add sour cream and mix by hand.

[b]Collect the cake:[/b] Cakes to grease impregnation (although it is possible and without it - they are so very soft) oiling each cake with cream, put them on top of each other.
