Salad
Original, very light, very fresh salad. For me was just opening.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    40 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    10 ml

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    200 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Melissa

    3 piece

  • Sweet white wine

    40 ml

  • Garnet

  • Orange juice

    80 ml

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

To prepare the products.

Honey (if crystallized, melt in a water bath) to mix with cognac.

From bread to cut the crust, and the bread cut into small cubes. Fry until Golden color. Roll in honey and brandy mixture

And put them on a plate. Set aside.

The meat is cut into long strips, season with salt and pepper and fry until Golden brown.

Pour into the pan the wine and cook until complete evaporation. Put on plate and set aside to cool.

From orange squeeze juice

And mix it with mayonnaise.

Cut the cheese into small cubes. Lettuce cut into noodles, it is better to do this with a ceramic knife, or pick hands.

To collect salad: on a platter spread the lettuce and lightly pour with the dressing.

On lettuce put the meat. Around the edge of the dish to spread the cheese cubes and crackers, put a bit of meat.

Apple slice into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice, stir and spread on top.

All pour with the dressing. Decorate with Melissa leaves and pomegranate seeds.
