Bread with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes
Italian, soft and airy bread with mozzarella cheese sun-dried tomatoes and Basil. Excellent combination of flavors. Preparing this bread very quickly. Mozzarella cheese gives the bread a lightness and piquancy amazing taste.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1.5 g

  • Mozzarella

    125 g

  • Basil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sundried tomatoes

    0.333 cup

  • Olive oil

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Preheat the oven to 180 gr. and grease a baking dish. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil and yogurt.

To the flour add chopped Basil, mozzarella and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Gently peremeshaem.

Pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture. Gently mix with a wooden spoon or spatula. The dough will be sticky. Transfer the dough to the baking of bread and spread the dough evenly. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until tender.
