Description
Red cabbage looks great in the dishes, due to its bright coloring. Quick and tasty vegetable salad with meat will be a good appetizer to any table. Cooking
Beef boil in salted water, cool. Meat disassemble the fibers with your hands or slice with a sharp knife thin stripes. Onion peel, cut into thin half-rings.
Cucumber wash and cut into fine strips.
Eggs boil hard boiled, peel and separate the whites from the yolks. Squirrels cut into thin strips. Yolks RUB on a small grater.
Cabbage finely chopped, slightly mash with your hands to make juice.
In a deep casserole, mix meat, cucumber, onion, red cabbage, egg whites and yolks. Leave a little for decoration egg yolks and red cabbage.
Filling: mix sour cream, grainy mustard, chopped dill, add ground pepper to taste.
Salad, to lay out the portions to bowls.
The salad garnish with cabbage, egg yolk and parsley leaves.
