    50 ml

    500 g

Cooking

step-0
Ready minced Turkey to beat. Beef or Turkey breast skip 2 times through a meat grinder.
step-1
Broccoli thawed and minced with grinder or other electric mixer, add to the mince, season with salt and pepper and add the nutmeg at the tip of the knife.
step-2
Separate eggs into whites, yolks and shells.
step-3
Yolks to put in stuffing. And beat the whites in a very cool foam to spoon stood, adding a pinch of salt. The shell dropped, or calcined to prepare the drink, you know.
step-4
Add in the mince and cream, knead, and then...
step-5
... very carefully enter the protein foam. I tried to prevent slowly and in the same direction, from the edge of the bowl to the middle. Don't know if this is the secret of lightness, but I tried very hard to fulfill all the secrets of the soufflé is subtracted on open spaces of the NAT...
step-6
Form for baking grease with oil and spread the souffle.
step-7
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. The oven is in any case NOT to OPEN! The souffle was reduced in volume and the edge will be covered with a thin brownish crust... mmmm - delicious! I left to cool off a souffle in the oven.
step-8
For rice salad: cook rice crispies.
step-9
Add peeled and diced Apple and 1/2 piece of sweet pepper. To fill with lemon juice. Recommended salad dressing from the book: mayonnaise + tomato paste, but it's not for me...)
step-10
Ready and cooled, cut the souffle into squares and then into triangles. Decorate with frozen cranberries.
step-11
Bon appetit!
step-12
Souffle is delicious warm or cold, so what can is main and snack dish.
