Baked potatoes with minced meat
Again about diet! Want potatoes? So this is the dish for you. A recipe from the English book "Four seasons of watching my weight". Due to the small portions and eliminating almost all fats, you can afford even potatoes!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    180 g

  • Potatoes

    360 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Broth

    150 ml

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Them meat into minced meat, add finely chopped onion, pepper, spices, salt. Mix, and divide into three parts.

One third of the mince and spread in a small fireproof saucepan or a roaster.

Potatoes cut into thin slices and divide on three parts. The first part spread on the stuffing, pepper, salt to taste.

Add another two layers of meat and potatoes.

In broth diluted tomato paste and pour our dish.

Sprinkle with cheese, cover with a lid and put in oven for 30 minutes at 200 gr.

Bake until Golden brown. This dish can also be cooked with the microwave, turning on full power for 10 minutes, then put under the grill for 8 minutes to brown the crust.
