We love baked ribs, and for the sake of love often go into a place where great cook ribs with honey sauce. Sometimes I include fantasy and try to repeat that, of course, without knowing the recipe, it is simply impossible. So I added to the marinade and to the sauce what you think is right and always turns out delicious. At this time, the ribs in plum-honey marinade. For this recipe perfect not the best and most beautiful of plums, ordinary, preferably sour. Plum wash, remove seeds.
Ribs wash, dry, cut into portions.
Using blender, chop the plums with the onion and garlic, add salt, pepper, paprika, mustard and 1 tablespoon honey. If plums are very sour, then 2 tablespoons.
Marinate in this marinade the ribs for 3-4 hours (I refrigerated it was night).
Put the ribs on the grill and bake in preheated oven until tender. In the nature on the grill.
In the remaining marinade add a pinch of clove, cinnamon and ginger, 1 tablespoon of honey and mix well. Periodically lubricate this mixture ribs. Preferably several times to turn over to bake evenly. If baked in the oven, under the grill it is better to lay a foil, so you do not have very long to wash the pan.
I can't say how long to bake, we all have different ovens. Most importantly, make sure the ribs are ready, but not dried.
Serve with your favourite side dish. I have vegetables, steamed, seasoned with spices and olive oil. Very well with this meat.
