Oatmeal pudding with white chocolate

Ingredients

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Starch

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • White chocolate

    50 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Strawberry

    150 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

To prepare vanilla pudding, combine the milk, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg. Stir the mixture well with a whisk. Add starch, mix well again

Cook the mixture in a thick-walled pot, stirring constantly, until it thickens. You can cook in a water bath - it will be a little longer, but then the pudding just will not burn. You need to stir continuously so the mixture does not become cereal

In the finished pudding, add oat flakes "Extra" TM Mistral and cook for another 3 minutes
