Salad
This fresh and light salad with a hint of fruit will bring variety to your everyday table. For the recipe thank Metelica with the Cook. ru.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    4 piece

  • Grapes

    150 g

  • Pine nuts

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

Cooking

Celery stalks, wash, dry and cut into small pieces.

Cut onion into thin, almost transparent half-rings.

A chicken breast to boil or bake, cool and cut into cubes.

The grapes (in this case red) to cut into two halves along the bone to remove. If the grapes are very large, as I have, then cut it into four parts.

Mix well, if desired salt, pepper, and season. I ran the sour cream with the lemon juice, the original recipe is mayonnaise.
