Cream pie with currants
A little test, lots of custard and berries! This very summery pie! All are invited to tea!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Butter

    45 g

  • Vanilla

    0.5 g

  • Flour

    225 g

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Flour

    90 g

  • Vanilla

    0.5 g

  • Black currants

    300 g

Cooking

Mix sour cream with egg and sugar

Pour the melted butter

Add the flour mixed with vanilla and baking soda and knead the dough, put into the refrigerator

For cream. Egg mixed with brown sugar (I used sugar "Mistral")

Add 50 ml of milk, vanilla and flour, mix with a whisk

The remaining 450 ml milk bring to a boil, pour in the egg mixture, rapidly stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps. Cook for 2-3 minutes until thick, remove from heat and cover with lid.

Roll the dough thinly and put in a split form, forming the sides, put in preheated oven, baking until a light pink color at 180 degrees

Now spread inside pie custard, and send it back in the oven to pester until Golden brown test

The finished cake remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly. Put the currants, cool the cake in the fridge.
