Salad
Soft delicate layered salad is a worthy decoration for the holidays and everyday life. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user-betti under the name "Kostroma swamp" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Cranberry

    1 handful

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

I used cooked salmon, but the original is offered canned in oil. And when I fry fish, especially fish leave the head and tail for "salad purposes" ;-) . Pink salmon boil in a cucumber brine (or salted water with the onion, carrot, dried spices) for about 10 minutes. Cool and hands to disassemble into pieces, not small!

Mushrooms I have salt, "topolewski", the author advises you to use any mushrooms - salty, marinated, fried with onions. Thus, the salad takes on new flavors. Mushrooms cut into small cubes.

Assemble the salad: the bottom layer fish, drenched in the dressing. For the filling I used sour cream mixed with soy sauce and flavored with a mixture of flavorful peppers. The filling can be varied to taste and salinity. ;-) The original recipe used mayonnaise, so the choice is yours. :-D

The fish, spread the mushrooms. The mushrooms and pour the dressing is not necessary.

Eggs, chop on the ball-cutter or just cut into cubes. Spread the mushrooms, pour a little dressing.

Cream cheese (I like creamy "Hochland") cut into cubes and put the top layer and pour the remaining dressing. In the original, cheese, regular, hard, but melted a softer salad.

Greens finely chop and sprinkle the salad. Decorate, if desired, cranberries and mushrooms.
