Cooking
First boil the squid. Put in boiling water and cook for no more than 1 minute. Many sources says to cook it for 3 minutes, but have tried that this time squid gets tough, so cooking the squid no more than 1 minute.
Prepare the salad dressing. Mix until smooth oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper (to taste), add sour cream. The dressing is ready! From this quantity of ingredients makes about 200g filling.
Add corn, top with seasoning.
On top lay out the squid rings.
