Description

Tomato soup with minced pork and buckwheat
Hearty, good soup. So rich and thick that is a cross between first and second.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Tomato juice

    700 ml

  • Water

    700 ml

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Finely chop the onion, garlic and bell pepper. Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Then add the beef and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly so that the meat has not lost in clumps.

Then add grits, tomato juice and hot water. Tomato juice you can use any net or seeds. You can use tomatoes, passed through a meat grinder.

Bring the soup to a boil and simmer under a lid for 15-20 minutes. At the end add salt and pepper and add favorite herbs.
