Soup vegetable with Brussels sprouts
According to the French dinner without soup is like a house without a front door! I agree with them fully! Love soups and I suggest you to enjoy a light vegetable soup!

Ingredients

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Brussels sprouts

    400 g

Cooking

Carrots cut into slices, leeks - rings, celery - small pieces, onion finely chopped.

Prepared vegetables fried in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes (stirring on high heat).

Salted broth, bring to boil, boil in it the Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.

In the soup put cereal...

... and roasted vegetables. Cook for another 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste. Grind the soup in a blender, puree.
