It will also marinate meat and poultry, use as a salad dressing. According to one version, the name of this sauce translates as "jumbled mess". There is a basic recipe, but any supplements accepted. So I decided to add your favorite soy sauce to enhance the taste.


  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    50 g

  • Cilantro

    15 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon

  • Vinegar

Shallots and garlic are chopped very finely.
Also finely chop the cilantro and parsley. Mix.
Add the juice of half a lemon, red wine vinegar, oregano, mixture of peppers and chilies.
Pour the olive oil.
Add the soy sauce TM Kikkoman. All mix well. The sauce should be heard separate components, it should not be a "mess."
The sauce is recommended to prepare in advance, so it took components from each other juices and flavors.
