Beef pot Arabic
Delicious juicy beef, baked with vegetables. Thanks to soy sauce and vegetables, it turns out quite a decent amount of delicious gravy. Goes well with rice, buckwheat or potatoes. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Saffron

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Olive oil

    30 ml

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

Wash the meat, dry. Cut into cubes of about 3×3cm. Fold the meat in a suitable container, pour soy sauce, sprinkle with spices, mix well. To prepare the vegetables.

Eggplant cut into large cubes, sprinkle with salt, stir and leave for 20 minutes.

To include heating up the oven to 200*. I served this dish with baked potatoes. Goes very well with rice or buckwheat. Chop the vegetables fairly large pieces.

Pour into pot for roasting olive oil. Spread the meat and vegetables and stir.

Cover with a lid and put it into the preheated oven for 80 minutes. Be guided by Your oven!!! Meat, especially beef is very different. An hour later, my beef was tender, but I decided to hold her for another 20 minutes in the oven!!!

Take out the pot. Try... Flavorful meat with delicious vegetables ready!!! Bon appetit!!!
