Herring with green Apple
I propose to make an incredibly tender and tasty fish. I'm a fan of herring, be it salted, dried, baked or steamed, I love in the full sense of the word. But so prepared for the first time, the Apple gives the sweetness, the sharpness of the onion, and the dressing spicy, getting a nice snack. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Herring

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Green onions

    0.25 coup

Cooking

Herring clean, separate from the bones and cut into pieces.

Prepare the filling by mix together the sour cream with the mustard, oil, salt and pepper, add the sugar and vinegar.

Apple and onion cut into cubes. Send to herring.

Season and add the chopped green onions.

Put all in jar and cover with a lid. Sent in for 2 hours. Then you can eat. Kept this fish a week, but it won't lie, I guarantee.
