Snack
Adorable hedgehogs of two kinds of paste: egg and chicken liver. Decorate the holiday table and will delight the kids :)

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    350 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Chicken liver pour milk, leave for a while (1-2 hours, can be longer). In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour the liver with milk, add cumin and place on medium fire, till the juice will become transparent to stir.

After 10 minutes, when the liver will completely change the color to beat the eggs over the liver (do not stir) and add the nutmeg. Cover with a lid and cook for another 7-10 minutes on low heat until the eggs don't cook.

Transfer to a blender, add the butter and salt, chop. Cool.

Boil hard boiled and cleaned 3 eggs, put in blender, add grated cheese, butter, chopped garlic and salt. Grind.

Two tablespoons of egg pate formed the basis of hedgehogs. The hedgehog is easy to do on the blade for cake. So it's easy to sit on the right place :) using a pastry syringe or bag with a small round nozzle do immaculately. Start from the muzzle, gradually moving to the tail.

Pieces of black olives make the nose and eyes. Bon appetit :)
