  • Water

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Nuts

  • Dried apricots

For the oatmeal I used flakes Hercules traditional TM "Mistral".

Oatmeal pour the cooled boiled water and let stand for 15-20 minutes.
