Night cheesecake-porridge
"Eat Breakfast myself..." - remember? This mess just because of the discharge of such breakfasts - supermegabestsellera, from natural herbs, which are a source of slow carbohydrates, yogurt, and cream cheese to provide calcium and berries - source of vitamins - charges the body with the necessary energy for the morning.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    200 ml

  • Flax seeds

    2 tsp

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Blueberries

    100 ml

  • Soft cheese

    200 ml

  • Lemon peel

    0.25 tsp

  • Honey

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Prepare porridge the night before. In a bowl combine cereal, flax seed.

Add the yogurt, I use Greek - no fillers, but can be any, according to Your taste.

Add sugar or any sweetener - honey, maple syrup

In another dish mix the cream cheese ( with cream cheese goes great too) and lemon zest.

Spread the flakes in two jars,

Covered with blueberries (any other berry). I fall asleep right frozen.

Spread on top of the cheese mass. Cover with a lid and refrigerate until morning.
