Homemade ice cream
Delicious, homemade, and authentic ice cream.

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Vanilla

    0.5 pack

  • Cream

    1 cup

Incandescent grind the yolks with half the sugar and vanilla.

To add a lot of milk, mix well and bring to boil.

After cool and put in the freezer. When the mass hardens to a thick cream, whip the cream with the remaining half of the sugar and add to ice cream.

After 10-11 hours, the ice cream is ready. Bon appetit!
