When I was in school, my friend for every birthday mom made a Turtle cake, it was their signature dish. I remember the taste and wanted something new, but with the same tortillas (the dough is soft, airy). And here's what happened...
Ingredients

0.5 cup

Soda slaked vinegar
1 tsp

1 cup

Powdered sugar

Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar, add the slaked soda and flour. Carefully whisk.
On a greased sheet with a teaspoon spread the dough. Put in preheated oven.

Dip each tortilla in cream and lay out on a plate (you can create any shape).
