Description
As promised, I post another recipe pudding, steamed. The taste is unusually soft and gentle. A light dessert that does not lose shape.

Cooking
Pounded crackers sifted through a sieve. Nuts (almonds peel) finely chop (I did it in blender), and roast in the oven until light brown and grind with 2 tbsp of sugar.
Raisins cleaned of twigs. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
In the curd add sugar, egg yolks, melted butter, salt, lemon zest...
Then add the sifted crushed crackers, nuts...
Knead and add whipped in a solid foam proteins.
All thoroughly and put into a form for steamers (without holes).
Put on 30 min and it's ready! The pudding turns out - well, just yum!
