Potato salad
There are similar recipes for this salad. Represent your favorite type of cooking. Will have little trouble, but, as they say, worth the price.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Meat

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Monosodium glutamate

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

Cooking

Shred on a special grater potatoes.

Cover with cold water, to withstand 8-12 hours (best to pour the evening and in the morning to cook).

Boil the potatoes in boiling water (not water to salt!!!).

To check the readiness of the nail: if slightly tingling and pierced, so ready. Bring to the boil do not have. Tip: if overcooked, then quickly pour cold water.

Finely chop meat and onions.

In hot oil drop the bow first, and then, when the onions are browned, add to roast meat (not salt and do not add spices!!!).

Now collect our salad.!!! Continuity is very important!!! First put the potatoes.

Now - fried meat and squeezed garlic.

Now add salt to taste, add the spices and herbs.

To mix the salad only when you added the last ingredient. Allow to cool and infuse. If done correctly, the salad is crunchy, light and very spicy.
