Rolls with pumpkin-Apple filling
The filling you can use any. I suggest that special attention be paid to the dough. A minimum of ingredients, and the result is excellent. Soft, fluffy, airy. It even seems that cheese, but no cottage cheese. Like puff. Is done simply and quickly. From this dough you can bake bagels, and buns, and pretzels. Go, my dear, have some!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Mix softened margarine, sour cream and sifted flour, add salt, sugar.

Knead that kind of dough, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.

While the pastry cools, prepare the filling: grate on a coarse grater fresh pumpkin and apples, mix well. DO NOT ADD SALT AND NOT SUGAR!!!

Remove dough from refrigerator, roll into a thick roll and cut into 8 parts.

Sprinkle the table with flour and each piece of dough out THINLY.

On the edge of the tortillas spread some of the filling

and roll rolls.

How to lubricate the rolls with egg yolk.

Put on a baking tray lined with parchment and bake at 180 gr. 35minutes.

When rolls are cool, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
