Description

Apple soup with Turkey
This recipe for a long time was in my "store", because the fruit soups are not cooked and was hard to imagine the final taste and result. Tried today for the first time. Impression - interesting and very unusual. For ourselves fat "plus" and decided that I definitely will repeat.. Well, without a major bonus anywhere - the soup is cooked very quickly, about 20-25 minutes)))

Ingredients

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Bread

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Turkey

    100 g

Cooking

step-0
Bread (preferably black and aromatic, for example, rye) cut into cubes, salt them and send in the microwave for 2 minutes (power 800). Every 30 sec. be sure to stir. The Turkey finely chop and fry in vegetable oil.
step-1
Apples cleaned, remove core. Put in a heatproof dish, add water and a little salt. Cover with a lid and put in microwave oven for 5 minutes.
step-2
In a separate bowl, mix the flour and vegetable oil, add a pinch of chili pepper (ground). When the apples are ready, take out about 50 ml. of water and dilute our flour mixture, to a liquid state.
step-3
Apples together with the liquid to send in a food processor, beat in a homogeneous mass. Put on medium heat and enter the flour weight. Bring to a boil, add the finely chopped dill. Let it sit on low heat for about 5 minutes.
step-4
In the end, add the Turkey and lemon juice, bring to a boil and turn off. Serve with croutons, if desired add some cheese.
