Salmon baked in yogurt with vegetables
Salmon by itself, the fish is lean and a little dry, but if you bake it in kefir marinade with vegetables and spices - get a great dish. Low-calorie, healthy and TASTY! And, more importantly to make it easy and FAST! A great light dinner, and holiday table will look decent. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Greens

Fish clean, wash and cut into steaks.

In kefir add soy sauce and spices with herbs, mix well.

Pink salmon pour the marinade and leave for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut onion into half rings, garlic slices, and tomato slices. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.

Foil to make a small "boat". Put them in the fish (I got 2 of the steak).

On top of the fish put onions and garlic

Then the tomatoes, and pour with kefir-based marinade (for 4st. L. in each boat)

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake fish in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. I got 6 servings.

When our "boat" is Golden, remove from oven and serve garnished with parsley.
