Cutlets of eggplant and pepper
Simple and very tasty vegetable patties with sesame seeds.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Soft cheese

    80 g

  • Sesame

    180 g

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

  • Ginger

Onion, garlic and peel the ginger.

Eggplant and pepper cut lengthwise, bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the peel.
