Cooking
Avocado cleaned, cut in half and remove the stone. My avocado was hard, I rubbed on a fine grater (you can RUB the flesh with a fork); add lemon juice, stir.
Shrimp cleaned and cut into small pieces. Then sliced shrimp and cream cheese are added to the pulp of the avocado, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
Ham (roasted pork) cut into thin slices and each put the stuffing. Roll tube and remove in the cold for 10 minutes. Before serving, decorate with greens.
