Easy and fast in execution, but quite a hearty salad for those who love raw button mushrooms, olives and asparagus. A salad from the collection of Dr. Oetker

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Asparagus

    175 g

  • Black olives

    100 g

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Lettuce

First make a sauce: cream, vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt and ground black pepper, whisking until smooth. Add chopped herbs, mix well. The sauce is ready.

The salad can be prepared or portioned in a common salad bowl. Mix lettuce, cut into wide slices mushrooms, olives, asparagus and sliced thin cheese sticks. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Sauce to pour when serving, mix gently.

If you cook in batches - put all the products in beautiful large transparent glasses and top with the sauce. 1 portion - 317 kcal.
